Health Shared Services is seeking a Clinical Informatics Lead (CIL), Business Intelligence (Reporting) and Research to join the Clinical Operations Informatics Office (COIO) and to provide ongoing support to clinical operations and research study teams across programs and organizations. The COIO ensures digital tools like Connect Care support clinical workflows, enhance patient care, and align with provincial goals. We advocate for front-line clinicians and guide them through technology adoption using effective communication and change management strategies. Reporting to the Clinical Operations Readiness (CORe) Lead, Business Intelligence and Research, the CIL will provide ongoing leadership and optimization between individuals, departments, sites and programs for the adoption and optimization of the reporting and research functions in Connect Care.
