Mission
We are looking for an experienced IT Performance Specialist to support a major application modernization project and strengthen performance testing practices across the organization. The role combines hands-on performance testing, performance engineering, automation, and coaching of development and QA teams.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Testing
- Define performance testing strategies based on non-functional requirements (NFRs).
- Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using Apache JMeter and existing frameworks.
- Execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing campaigns.
