In this strategic leadership position, you will work closely with other platform owners within the IT leadership team. You will act as the key bridge between technology and business, leading an international, distributed team of approximately 20 professionals across India and the UK. This is a high-impact role focused more on leadership and ownership than on pure execution.
Responsibilities
Own the Guidewire platform end-to-end: including roadmap, delivery, quality, and operation.
Lead, develop, and inspire a large international team across different regions.
Manage the platform budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery and continuous improvement.
Coordinate closely with business stakeholders, senior leadership, and manage governance and risk.
