IT Operations Manager (Infrastructure) (JHB Hybrid)

ENVIRONMENT: ENSURE the robust operations of the IT Infrastructure of a provider of tailored Financial Solutions while managing the team to handle any issues that impact up-time as its next IT Operations Manager. You will manage 3 teams, housed under the Infrastructure Department: IT Infrastructure; Support; and Facilities while ensuring that the business is operating at best practice, as well as compliant with any necessary regulations with respect to security, data storage, and privacy. The successful incumbent must have a Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science/Facilities Management or similar field with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar IT Operations or Facilities Management leadership role including expertise developing IT policies and managing technical and facilities teams.
