IT Operations Manager

Salary: £65,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for experience managing third‑party IT providers, improving service delivery, and building strong relationships across the business.
• We would value experience within a regulated or quality‑driven environment.
• You may currently be working as an IT Operations Manager, IT Service Delivery Manager, Infrastructure Manager, Technology Operations Manager, IT Manager, or Service Delivery Manager.
• You must have the full right to work in the UK.

• We own the day‑to‑day operation of IT services and infrastructure.
• We manage relationships with external IT suppliers and service providers.
