The Operations Manager is responsible for end to end management, stability, availability, and continuous improvement of enterprise network, server, and data center infrastructure across multiple deployed locations . The role ensures high availability, security, SLA compliance, and operational excellence in mission critical environments .

• Strong hands on experience with Routing & Switching :

TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP

• Configuration and troubleshooting of L2/L3 Switches, Routers, Firewalls
