IT Operations Lead: Helpdesk, SLAs & Asset Governance

SupportFinity™ is looking for an IT Operations Manager based in Karachi Division, Sindh. The selected candidate will lead and manage IT Helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of service requests and strong compliance with SLAs.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the IT ticketing system, developing operational best practices, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.
