IT Operations Lead — Cloud & Infrastructure

Birlasoft is seeking an IT end-user support technician in Mexico to manage desktop environments and hardware provisioning. You will deploy laptops for new joiners, install software, apply security updates, and support onboarding/offboarding processes.

The role focuses on maintaining asset management data, assisting with conference room equipment, and collaborating with senior staff on IT projects and upgrades. Onsite work is required in Ciudad del Carmen, Mexico.
