IT Operations Engineer (Outsource)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose
Monitor performance of on‑shift operators and provide assistance when needed. Educate system operators regarding roles, responsibilities, and authority. Execute daily operation tasks (Start of Day & End of Day) for IT Back Office (Core Banking and Branch Automation) as per IT Operations manual. Monitor IT systems for known problems and abnormal behavior, involve seniors to resolve and reduce downtime. Execute backup operations of all systems. Enhance existing operational procedure. Involved in DR and BCP activities.
Key Accountabilities
Banking Systems Support
Participate in the implementation of all operation procedures and controls related to banking applications and elevate major problems to the concerned specialist.
End of Day Processing Controls
