IT Operations Coordinator

The IT Operations Coordinator will join the IT team to support the day-to-day effectiveness, reliability, and continuous improvement of IT operations. This role is responsible for coordinating incident and change management activities, maintaining strong ticket hygiene, and supporting knowledge and inventory management initiatives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced IT environment. They have a solid understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to ensure high service levels for internal stakeholders.
