IT Operation Staff Engineer (Configurator & Catalog)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for multiple business-related applications' operation maintenance, including trouble shooting, rapid diagnosis and resolution to user issues/incidents within SLA, response resolve to user inquiries requests.
• Tech lead of the applications, be familiar with the business process, system implementation and be able to analyze complex single and cross functional issues and provide solution. Ready to coach associate team members to deliver IT operational services. Responsible for application operation owner relevant work: covering but not limited to ticket analysis, productivity mgmt, operation budget execution mgmt.
• Work with up/down-stream system IT engineers to solve cross-functional issues, be able to provide opimizational suggestions in multiple systems/applications data flow.
