IT Officer

Job description:

• Lead and manage the IT department , providing guidance, support, and technical assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Manage IT vendors and procurement , including negotiating contracts, evaluating solutions, and ensuring cost-effective purchases.

• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure , including system upgrades, maintenance, migrations, performance monitoring, and outage planning.

• Drive technology improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.

• Ensure IT security, compliance, and governance through policy enforcement, security monitoring, audits, and best-practice implementation.
