IT Modernization Analyst

Summary This position is located in Bureau of Information Services (BIS), Project Management Office. The incumbent will assist BIS management operations by way of analytical support, track and forecast Information Technology Modernization Initiatives funds and advise BIS leadership on budgetary and programmatic implications. This job announcement may be used to fill one or more vacancies. This is a bargaining unit position. This position is represented by the Council of AFGE Locals in the Board. Responsibilities As a IT Modernization Analyst, you will: Regularly analyze the use of Information Technology Modernization Initiative funds, to ensure they are being used effectively and to identify any potential issues. Track agency spending and forecast for the long-range implementation of Information Technology Modernization Initiatives.
