Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the IT function, including direct oversight, mentoring, and development of IT support staff
Own end-to-end IT service delivery, including ticket resolution, escalation handling, and service desk governance
Oversee daily IT operations including backups, mail flow, server health, and network/wireless stability
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including user access, email setup, licensing, and asset allocation
Ensure smooth operation of boardroom and hybrid meeting technology across platforms (plug-and-play reliability)
Maintain and manage IT assets, hardware allocation, tracking, and lifecycle management
Provide escalation support for complex technical issues across infrastructure, applications, and end-user environments
