About the Role
We are hiring an IT Manager for a PE-backed data centre platform, as they scale their footprint across APAC. Based on-site in Johor, you will help build out the dedicated on site tech function to support the organisation.
The Role
As the company's first dedicated IT hire, based full-time at their Johor site, you'll be the sole IT presence on the ground, owning everything from day-to-day corporate IT operations to setting up systems and processes from scratch as the site's headcount grows into the company's largest.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end corporate IT for the JB site: laptops, user accounts, network/Wi‑Fi setup, security policies, and day-to-day IT support for all staff on‑site.
- Build IT infrastructure and processes from the ground up — this is a true 0‑to‑1 setup, not a maintain‑what‑exists role.
