IT Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Global IT Operations & Team Leadership
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the IT support teams across Bangalore, Mysore, the Philippines, and the Dominican Republic.
- Internal Support: Oversee day-to-day internal IT operations, ensuring high availability of systems, hardware, and software for internal employees.
- Process Excellence: Establish and optimize ITIL processes, SLAs, and ticketing workflows to improve global support efficiency.
2. Client-Facing Support & Network Troubleshooting
- Client Connectivity: Serve as the escalation point for complex connectivity and networking issues faced by clients based in the US and Canada .
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve intricate networking issues (VPN, routing, switching, firewalls, and bandwidth constraints).
