Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including setting up laptops, emails, and other necessary accounts.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and inventory records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency in work processes.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives to enhance the company's technology landscape.
- Currently enrolled in a polytechnic program, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of IT systems and networks.
