Job Description
- Assists in mapping and documenting existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement or automation.
- Participates in meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Supports the design, configuration, and implementation of simple automation solutions using tools like Automation Anywhere, Catalytic, and/or Outsystems, often involving testing and monitoring performance.
- Participates in testing activities, including creating test cases and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure new solutions meet specified requirements.
- Help prepares reports, presentations, and training materials for stakeholders and end-users to communicate findings, recommendations, and system changes.
