IT Infrastructure Team Leader

Responsibilities Lead, manage and develop an IT infrastructure team (people management, coaching, performance reviews) Ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure environment Oversee systems including servers, networks, storage, and security components Plan, coordinate, and deliver infrastructure-related projects (e.g., upgrades, migrations, optimisation) Manage external vendors and service providers Ensure adherence to SLAs, IT security policies, and compliance requirements Define and implement IT standards, processes, and best practices (e.g., ITIL) Control budgets, resources, and capacity planning Act as a key interface between IT, business stakeholders, and senior management Mandatory Skills Proven experience as a Team Leader / Manager in an IT Infrastructure environment Strong background in IT infrastructure (networks, servers, data centres, security) Solid experience in IT operations and service management Hands-on leadership and people management expe...
