Job Scope

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide IT infrastructure consultancy, technical guidance, expertise, and solutions
• Design technical solutions independently for requirements of enterprise customers and tender/RFP.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in one or more areas related to infrastructure and able to provide in dept analysis, escalation support, and insights into infrastructure operations and issues.
• Ensure that the IT infrastructure projects are delivered and maintained within schedule, in accordance to the quality and security standards.
• Team Management responsible includes pre-activities arrangement, activities planning, and coordinating team activities, across various internal/external stakeholders
• Managed a team of at least two to three people, with responsibility for things like performance reviews, mentoring, career plans, etc.
