What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor all environments to maintain continuity of core business systems (including notification platforms), providing out‑of‑hours support and completing routine maintenance as required.
- Manage cloud and on‑premise infrastructure, including configuring and deploying Azure services and administering Microsoft tenants.
- Deliver tenant‑to‑tenant migrations end‑to‑end, covering planning, execution, validation, and post‑migration optimisation, while minimising disruption to users.
- Provide hands‑on expertise across Azure and Microsoft technologies, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure networking, security best practices, and performance/availability optimisation.
