YOUR MISSION
Operate and maintain hybrid infrastructure environments across on-premise servers (Windows/Linux), VMware, storage, backup (Veeam), and Microsoft Azure
Manage and support identity services including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
Ensure stable IT operations through 2nd and 3rd level support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis within ITIL processes
Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively prevent system failures through continuous improvement and automation
Support the implementation and transition of new infrastructure solutions into operations in collaboration with architecture teams
