The role is responsible for defining and leading the regional IT operations and service desk strategy, ensuring standardized service models, SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL-based practices. It oversees the full infrastructure roadmap, including endpoints, cloud platforms, collaboration tools, identity and access management, telecommunications, enterprise applications, and single sign-on solutions.
