It Infrastructure And Security Manager (Monterrey)

Reports to : Financial Controller with parallel reporting to the CTO

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Manage network architecture (VLANs, routing, firewalls) and oversee server, hardware, and software performance.
• Work with CTO and Controller to administer databases and manage secure access across Mexico operations.
• Support automation, system integration, and cloud migration efforts.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and oversee asset rotation.
• Monitor system performance and optimize infrastructure for reliability.
• Document infrastructure changes and maintain access logs.
• Support CTO with development of security policies.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols; respond to incidents and improve processes.
• Enforce standards for passwords, access, and secure system usage.
