SupportFinity™ is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist in Shah Alam, Malaysia, to handle user workstation hardware and software updates. The ideal candidate will manage helpdesk requests, diagnose and resolve issues related to End User Computing technologies, and ensure that SLAs are met.

The role requires strong expertise in supporting desktop hardware, effective communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and endpoint security platforms is essential.
