Symbos is looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst in Metro Manila to deliver first-line technical support to users. In this hands-on role, you will manage service requests, tackle basic technical concerns, and collaborate closely with the wider IT team to ensure service continuity.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and customer-focused, adept at resolving Level 1 issues, and capable of managing helpdesk calls, emails, and tickets efficiently.
