IT Field Technician

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented IT Field Technician to join our team on second shift. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing, imaging, configuring, and deploying computer hardware to support end users and business operations.

What You'll Do

• Image and configure desktop and laptop computers using standard deployment tools and processes
• Install operating systems, software applications, updates, and security patches
• Verify system functionality and perform quality assurance testing before deployment
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues during the imaging process
