About the role
We are looking for a practical, organised and customer‑focused IT Field Engineer to join our growing IT Department. The role involves travelling across London, Essex, Milton Keynes, Cambridge and surrounding areas, supporting care homes, offices and operational locations with a wide range of IT installations, upgrades and support activities.
Responsibilities
- Travel to sites using a company vehicle to deliver IT equipment and infrastructure hardware.
- Install and support switches, wireless access points, routers, and related network equipment.
- Assist with Meraki, DrayTek, and Starlink installations following company standards.
