In this role, you will bridge the gap between essential IT infrastructure and next‑generation digital transformation. You will start by mastering the core operations that keep our team moving, and then you will use AI and automation to make those very processes obsolete.

• The Front Line: Serve as the Tier 1 point of contact, diagnosing hardware, OS, and networking (VPN, Wi‑Fi) issues.
