IT Engineer (Middle)

Location: Malaysia. Schedule: Hybrid (office in Petaling Jaya/remote from home).

The IT Engineer role is responsible for working with global Virtuozzo team members, physical infrastructure and SaaS systems to ensure the 24/7 availability of servers, services, and systems, and to support our local Malaysia office. You will join an existing team, adding additional capacity to help us continue to fulfil the needs of our growing worldwide organization. You will learn and work with our internal IT systems, including Microsoft 365, identity and access management, endpoint management, and the Atlassian stack.

Main responsibilities

• Provide staff support through the IT helpdesk (Jira Service Management) for day‑to‑day IT matters
• Manage access to SaaS systems, including regular reconciliation (Microsoft 365, Okta, Atlassian, Slack, Zoom)
