Processing of IT requirements or customer inquiriesSupport of our internal users as part of 1st and 2nd level supportSupport and operation of applications and operating systems, especially Windows and MS Office as well as relevant backend toolsExecution of hardware and software installations in the data centerOn-site execution of maintenance activities in the data centerDocumentation in the ticket system or asset management system YOUR PROFILE:
Completed training (Secondary Technical College, apprenticeship or comparable) with a focus on ITAt least 1 year of relevant professional experience in the field of IT supportStrong communication and teamwork skillsIndependent and structured way of workingVery good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English WE OFFER:
