Key responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external teams to build and maintain infrastructure to meet business objectives Provide technical expertise for Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Field Service. Support Release Management by supporting deployments for new and existing services. Troubleshooting performance issues with services running in Salesforce. Promote a DevOps culture of operational excellence, enabling continuous integration and deployment, rapid iteration, ever increasing automation, and highly available services. Must have:
Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science, Engineering or related field 4+ years of total IT experience At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development Life Cycle including Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, Changeset and Ant.
