Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar IT support / field engineer role
- Strong hands‑on experience with hardware provisioning, troubleshooting & repairs
- Proficiency with PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, port patching, etc.)
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage workload independently across multiple sitesi>
- Experience supporting IT projects or transformation work (desirable)
- Previous experience in a multi‑site environment (desirable)
