IT & Digital Coordinator

In this versatile position you will be responsible for the technical and digital development of our school.

• Administration maintenance and continuous development of the school’s IT infrastructure
• Responsibility for the administration of the Microsoft 365 environment including Office 365, Microsoft Teams and related applications and services
• Support and further development of school software solutions and digital learning platforms (e.g. WebUntis learning management systems and other educational apps used at the school)
• Management of user accounts, access rights and end devices
• Setup inventory management and maintenance of laptops, iPads and other digital devices
• Administration of software licenses and school platforms/applications
• Coordination and management of external IT service providers and vendors
• Support for network Wi‑Fi and printing systems
