IT Desktop Support Lead

NTT DATA is seeking an IT Desktop Support Lead to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (MY-14).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of field technicians and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Manage and coordinate the desktop support team, working with IT staff on the design and implementation of new technology.
• Ensure all compliance requirements, such as training and timesheet submission, are met within timelines.
• Train employees on new programs or applications as needed.
• Evaluate employees’ job performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback.
• Conduct quality checks on incidents/tasks weekly to ensure highest standards and implement coaching where necessary.
