Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support including desktop related technical assistance via telephone, ticket system, emails and instant chat messaging tool, etc. Support event, video conference with understanding knowhow and break fix Support and troubleshoot desktop Technology and application like Microsoft Office General concept for reporting, dashboard With proactive communication with senior executive with quick resolution and follow up plan Fast learner on new technology with data driven Ensuring proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow up of all incidents Team Management with cross country is ideally passionate, high performer, fast learner, willing to take ownership work overtime required occasionally for emergency, project and VP support Facilitate requirements discussions, troubleshooting and translate specifications in both ENGLISH and MANDARIN with stakeholders in China who communicate solely in MANDARIN.
