IT Desktop Engineer — Fast, Reliable Support (12‑Month Contract)

Infinity Services Partner in Cape Town (Belville) is hiring an IT Desktop Engineer for a 12-month contract. You will deliver frontline desktop support to call centre staff, manage devices and accessories, and ensure SLA-aligned incident handling in a regulated telecoms setting.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years in desktop support, with Windows 10/11, Intune/MDM, AD, GPO and ITSM tools. CompTIA A+/N+ and ITIL are preferred; certification in UC/Contact Centre is a plus. Apply by 12 July 2026.
