The IT Delivery Lead is accountable for the successful end‑to‑end delivery of strategic technology programmes, enterprise systems changes, and transformation initiatives across Vodafone’s Group Functions and Local Markets.
This role leads the planning, coordination, governance, and execution of complex IT deliveries across multiple workstreams including Applications, Infrastructure, Data, Testing, Deployment, Security, and Operations.
The IT Delivery Lead ensures programmes are delivered on time, within budget, to agreed quality standards, while managing internal stakeholders, System Integrators, vendors, and cross‑market teams. The role is critical in translating business strategy into executable technology solutions and ensuring smooth transition into Business‑as‑Usual operations.
