Responsibilities
- Coordinates day‑to‑day IT support across the hotel, covering hardware, software, networks, Wi‑Fi, telephone and audiovisual systems.
- Acts as the first point of escalation for urgent technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and the guest experience.
- Logs, prioritises and resolves IT incidents efficiently, focusing on issues impacting critical business functions.
- Provides hands‑on IT support during seasonal openings, high‑profile events, VIP stays and peak operational periods.
- Supports the set‑up, operation and troubleshooting of guest‑facing technology, including in‑room systems, conference facilities and event technology.
- Ensures the continuous availability, performance and reliability of business‑critical systems, including property management, point of sale, enterprise resource planning and collaboration platforms.
