At ING we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Chapter Lead to join our IT Management Team of Insurance. The Core responsibilities include managing the IT Team and ensuring the IT strategy is aligned with business goals.

• Positively contribute to the alignment and coordination with Business and Tech strategy execution.
• Coordinate the execution of priority Business and Technical initiatives, guaranteeing Business delivery and Tech standards compliance.
• Lead and coach a squad of 7–10 Software Engineers.
