IT Business Systems Analyst

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Be the IT Owner of our Quote and Order management Application:
+ Provide User support for questions and issues
+ Fully understand and support our Quote and Sales Order processes
+ Fully understand underlying data and related interfaces
+ Handle support tickets, monitor our systems and resolve system issues
+ Monitor and maintain scheduled programs and resolve Interface failures
+ Document system relations and changes to interface logic, participate in test events
+ Participate in and learn to lead Projects related to internal business processes
+ Some travel and work outside of business hours may be required

**Who You Are:**

The successful candidate is a motivated individual preferably with experience in Customer Quoting and Sales related business processes. You like to understand complex systems and their relations, preferably have some hands-on experience in Quote to Order ERP system...
