Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage relationships with all external IT service providers, including back-office processing companies and the email/data storage provider.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensure performance and quality standards are met, and act as the primary point of contact for technical issues between the organisation and its partners.
- Manage the company's proprietary database and work with the external development company to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Stay informed about new software developments and industry trends, recommend and implement upgrades that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
