Responsibilities
- Resolve hardware, software, and network issues for employees.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and office peripherals.
- Assist in monitoring LAN and ensuring stable internet connectivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, MS Office 365, and basic networking principles.
- CompTIA, Cisco, or SAP certification is an advantage.
- Valid UAE residence visa (or eligibility to work in the UAE).
