IT Asset Manager

Role Purpose

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong IT asset management, reporting, and compliance experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Diploma in IT, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• IT Asset Management certification will be advantageous.
• 4–6 years' experience in IT Asset Management or a similar environment.
• Hands‑on experience with ITAM platforms such as ServiceNow, SysAid, Reftab or similar.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI reporting.
• Experience with IT asset compliance, audits and lifecycle management.
• Understanding of financial accounting principles relating to IT Asset Management.
