IT Applied AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer / Data Scientist in our AI & Tech Accelerator, you will pioneer the future of beauty by engineering and deploying scalable solutions using advanced Machine Learning and Generative AI. Reporting into the AI & Tech Accelerator team, you will analyze and solve complex challenges for the L’Oréal Americas market, turning data-driven models into business value and innovation.

• Develop & Deploy Advanced AI Solutions: You will design and implement state-of-the-art models using Machine Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs), and explore Agentic AI patterns to create autonomous workflows.
• Innovate with Generative AI: You’ll lead initiatives for novel applications of Generative AI, ensuring we stay ahead of the technology curve.
• Drive Cross-Business Impact: Your work will create scalable AI solutions for a diverse range of use cases across L’Oréal brands and business units, from marketing to supply chain.
