It application support - 6 months fixed term contract

Duties & Responsibilities Manage in house software ORV/LMS Understand Basic SQL and apply DB concepts and best practices. Proficiency with TSQL. Assist with the installation of Hardware (Label Printers and scales) as required. Assist with User training, guidance, and support to resolve issues. Support the roll-out of new applications. Provide Level 1 Support. Maintain Ticket SLA. Test and provide feedback on new system enhancements. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required. Maintain Master Data. Work Stand-by afterhours and weekends. Desired Experience & Qualification Matric or NQF equivalent Degree/Diploma/Certification in Information Technology or related studies preferable. 1–3 years working experience in IT helpdesk environment. SQL Knowledge. Exposure to a logistics/retail working environment would be an advantage.
