It And Crm Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT & CRM Support Specialist to join our FX brokerage team in Johannesburg.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in IT support and CRM administration who can assist with day-to-day technical tasks, user management, and CRM operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage CRM users, permissions, and access levels
• Support CRM operations and assist with basic configurations
• Set up employee accounts, email addresses, and system access
• Configure workstations, laptops, and business software
• Provide technical support to employees
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Support onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective
• Coordinate with CRM and technology providers when needed
