IT Analyst

Responsibilities

• Champion the Digital & Data Engineering message to the business.
• Provide level 1‑2.5 support for hardware, software, and network problems, documenting problems and solutions as required.
• Assist in first and second level hardware and software support when required.
• Liaise with and participate in solving third level complex or unsolved problems.
• Manage, support, and ensure operating viability of mobile devices, Windows PCs, and MacBooks, and report any abnormalities.
• Maintain operating viability of jobsite network infrastructure, including configuring firewalls, switches, wireless access points, wireless bridges, security cameras, wireless signal boosters, VoIP phones, DMZ network, and other site‑specific systems.
• Ensure 24/7 availability and performance of the network that supports our systems, including some on‑call responsibilities.
