About The Job

The AI Product Owner manages the business’ interests in our IT scrum teams. He is responsible for turning AI goals into deliverables in the form of user stories. They collaborate with product owners, data scientists, engineers, and designers to validate customer journeys, review model outputs, refine wireframes, and give business context for decisions. The role oversees development to meet ethical, compliance, and business standards, resolves incidents, collects feedback, monitors performance, benchmarks practices, and drives ongoing AI optimization across the organization.

What You Will Do

• Creates and maintains the AI product roadmap, understands business goals, and suggests AI-driven solutions.
• Organizes regular alignment and prioritization with stream leaders and key department SPOCs to ensure AI initiatives are on track.
