Job Description
- Support the implementation and maturity of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent)
- Coach IT teams (Dev, QA, DevOps, BA, PO, etc.) on Agile practices, delivery, and continuous improvement
- Challenge and support Product Owners and Scrum Masters
- Facilitate key rituals (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.)
- Promote a product-oriented, business-value-focused, and performance-driven culture
- Identify organizational impediments and propose improvement initiatives
- Support IT management in scaling Agile across the organization
